door unknown op mrt 30, 2012Vorige zomer op vakantie geweest met hen en het was helemaal top! Enthousiast en vriendelijk personeel en goede service en dat tegen een voordelige prijs. Komend jaar vliegen wij wederom met hen!
door unknown op sep 8, 2011The worst experience we had up to now by travelling! We flew with this company from Amsterdam to Antalya on 13-08-2011 (OR 763). When all the passengers were already on board, it was announced that the aircraft needed to be repaired (some switches and/or pumps were defect). The aircraft with all the passengers inside moved from the gate to another area of Schiphol. It took off with a delay of 3 hours 15 minutes. The back flight on 27.08.2011 (OR 540) had a total delay of more than 2 hours. We landed at Schiphol at 3:50 in the night and we had still to wait until 5:15 for the delivery of the luggage. We travelled with 2 small children!!! No assistance was offered, no possibility of contact with the company. Moreover: the flights were far more expensive than that of Onur, Pegasus, Corendon.... Not only the company does not care about the passengers, but apparently the maintenance and the conditions of the aircrafts are poor. The one "Waardeering star" we have given hereabove is only motivated by the fact that if you don't give at least one you cannot write comments.
