  Positief: Im not positive ! In my first mail i told i owned a 2004 harley davidson superglide but i asked a question about a exhaust systen from -99. Told i was looking for a catalysator. I got an answer about that.,no catalysator at -99 but.no more. I found another my self,surfing the website. a 2004 system i asked from in the first mail.. Called the company on phone,wanted them to call back because i phoned from Tenerife and its very expensive. "no we dont do that" was the answer. I had to take a chance and bought the system online and hoped it was right now... Then came the next chock....i live on Tenerife and canary island has NOT to pay european tax !!! A company who claim them sold over the world should known that. We pay our own importtax and i had of course to pay 31 euros extra plus what i payed in the first place.
  Negatief: Control were the customers are from. Check the taxes in every country and put that on the website. And why charge customers who use Visa etc. ? nearly 10 euro to pay so the company get the monet fatster ??

  Positief: Sehr gute Gesamtübersicht. Telefonische Kommunikation etwas schwierig, weil auf englisch. Muss aber auch nicht auf deutsch sein. Konnte das Paket die ganze Zeit verfolgen. Gerne wieder.

  Positief: Snel, goede website.
  Negatief: delen die voor meerder typen toepasbaar zijn worden niet als zodanig aangemerkt. deel wat ik besteld heb was voor een superduke 990 maar stnd op de site als supermoto -R. Is echter volledig uitwisselbaar.
